Voice Proxy is the technology used to protect users’ contact information when making voice calls or exchanging SMS messages. It works by providing an intermediary number so that neither sender nor receiver can see the other’s real phone number.
This Spell is an example of how you can connect Hubspot to Vonage to automate masked calls from your CRM platform. Instead of automating masked voice calls, you can imagine setting up the Spell to mask SMS exchanges or both at once.
This Spell is the same use case as the one above, except that it was built with Pipedrive instead of Hubspot. You can also imagine using it with Salesforce or another CRM tool. Meta API makes it easy to duplicate existing OpenSpells, modify them with your favorite applications and adjust the code to implement the logic and settings you want!
